laundry facilities complimentary drinks luggage transfer
the hotel provides laundry facilities and i used them easily. complimentary drinks were available at reception all day. a luggage transfer service to my next hotel was arranged and it proved convenient.
the bathroom trash was not thoroughly emptied one day.

the staff was polite. the lobby had a popcorn machine. i found vending machines with various options on site. a seven-eleven located across the street proved useful. the proximity to the subway made traveling easy.
scheduled cleaning was missed one day. this was resolved quickly, yet the bathroom trash was not cleaned properly.

the room was a decent size. the hotel included a coffee machine in the lobby and it was free. i also noticed a coin laundry area, a useful amenity. the hotel provided free bottled water daily.
my room did not have much of a view from the second floor. housekeeping only came twice during my nine nights. that was not enough. i think the staff can improve the service.

great location equipped room translation apps best staff
The hotel was very clean. The room was equipped with everything i needed. the location was great with many restaurants nearby. the staff tried their best to help. Some spoke english well, and others used translation apps. i would definitely choose this hotel again if i return.
